A little over a month ago, L. Beckett, another Indie Author, went on threads and talked about starting a podcast that places a spotlight on Indies.
Since my debut is still a WIP, I applied not expecting to be accepted!
But I am SO excited to be able to talk at length about A Devil So Wicked, Women’s Health in society, and how difficult it is to process grief while writing about it!

Liora isn’t Arsen’s mother, only Riven’s. The history there is muddy and tragic as is most of Arsen’s childhood tbh. But as the last of the major cast is revealed, it makes me SO excited for you to read ADSW.
I need to yap about these characters and I can’t do that if the book hasn’t been published yet 🤣🤠

Daggermouth by H.M. Wolfe
This book is so good! TRUE enemies to lovers, forced political marriage… 🍴 It’s feeding me so well. It’s a dystopian romance, something I didn’t realize I missed since I think the last dystopian book I read was… The Giver.
Anyway, H.M. Wolfe recently got picked up by Scarlett Press, but the indie copies of her book (above) have been seen at BAM lately 👀 Personally, I prefer this cover over the deluxe version, but they’re both very pretty!

I hope to make this a regular thing and have it be more personable than social media. This month I’ll be going through my 2nd Egg Retrieval and 5th IVF procedure which is inciting a lot of grief/feelings… that I’m channeling into ADSW.
Thankfully I have the month of work, but there’s still a lot of uncertainty ahead which causes a lot of anxiety for me. Thankfully, books and this community are a saving grace!
